A: Seeing as the economy is the way it is right now, it’s been agreed that we need to do what we can to cut costs.

B: Perhaps we could look at what we’ve already done to cut costs in the last few years and then go from there.

B: Sure. We’ve already cut resourcing by restructuring the company as a global company. This means that we only need one Marketing Director for the entire company instead of a Marketing Director for each local team,

A: How about unit costs?

C: We’ve managed to reduce the unit costs by increasing the number of units that we produce. We’ve been able to do that by creating fewer localized products and more global products.

A: How about marketing costs?

D: Again, we’ve created a website for the marketing teams so that they share their marketing and brand assets.

A: Have you done anything about the number of samples we give away?
