【例】Both parties agree that no assignment, cession or transfer of any right or obligation under the Contract shall be made by one party to a third party without the previous written consent of the other party.

CFR

【1】成本加运费

全文是Cost of Freight，常用在交货港名之前、价格之后，作价格的修饰语。

【例】Will you quote me the price CFR Hamburg with a 3 per cent commission?

请报来带3%佣金的汉堡的成本加运费价格。

【2】按成本加运费条件

【例】A: We usually ship CIF, but I thought you might prefer to arrange insurance yourself. B: Yes, I would. Please send CRF only, and we’ll arrange the insurance.

甲：我们一般按CIF条件发货，但我想您可能想要自行办理保险。乙：是的，请按成本加运费的条件发货，我们要自己办理保险。
