②书信中为配合Dear Sirs,Dear Sir,Dear Madam之类不带姓名的称呼(salutation),结尾客套句(complimentary close)常用下列词语:

注:美国人有用Truly yours,Yours truly的。这类结尾客套语沿用已久,并不是表示真正的“忠实”,犹如中国书信中沿用的“谨上”,只是客套话而已。
