②宾语后接用不定式，句式：influence +宾语+不定式。

【例】Their bad credit standing influenced us not to make the purchase.

inform

告诉，通知

 

①句式：inform sb of sth（of不可省去）。

【例】We shall inform you of the date of sailing.

我们会将起航日期通知你方。

 

偶尔有人用about代替of。

【例】We should be greatly obliged if you would inform us about their business integrity and their ability to meet their obligations.

如蒙告知他们的商业信誉及履行义务的能力，则非常感激。

 

②接用从句。

句式：inform sb + that从句[wh-从句]。

【例】Please inform us what quantity you can sell a year.

请告知你方每年能销售多大的数量。
