一俟到货，我们就尽速发货执行你方订单。

【例】You needn’t for an instant fear that you are running a risk in buying our computers.

【1】代替

 

【例】Under such circumstances, we have to take S/C No.101 as null and void, and have instead prepared a new S/C No. 102.

【2】instead of代替，而不是

 

【例】In this case you should claim compensation from the shipping company instead of the sellers.
